Customer service and support is crap at this location. No real people to talk to and it's all hype. Go to paradise plaza barbershop for a great hair cut and customer service(real people) I will never go to this location even again.

Cassie was the stylist I got this time around and she was amazing! I opted for the MVP package and she did a wonderful job cutting my hair, washing my hair and the massage at the end. I fell great after visiting her this morning and well relaxed. She can also talk sports pretty well. I will be back to see her. Overall one of the best haircuts I have had in awhile!

Arrived and checked in on computer at 11:12.. Computer said welcome and assigned me a 27 min wait time... Went and sat down and was waiting for my turn when i noticed 2 people who had come in after me called back.. Looked at board and my name was never assigned to the board.. Left after 45 min without even getting a haircut... Find somewhere else to go..
