Awesome experience! Clean, professional, prompt, and responsive to hair cutting request Highly recommend!

Customer service and support is crap at this location. No real people to talk to and it's all hype. Go to paradise plaza barbershop for a great hair cut and customer service(real people) I will never go to this location even again.

Cassie is always exceptional. Her customer service has, and remains to be, a gold standard for others. I haven’t met many other people that immediately create loyalty from me. I will skip a week for my haircut if I can’t get in to see Cassie. Consider that for a moment - I would rather look disheveled for a week or be on a three hour waiting list than have anyone else cut my hair. *That* is the level of service she provides.
